The neighbourhood of Sharon Village is emblematic of East Gwillimbury’s growth, blending the charm of small-town Ontario with modern conveniences. While the area has its own local transit, residents benefit from regional transit links that connect them to larger urban centres, making commuting manageable. For shopping, local stores provide everyday essentials, while more extensive options are available in nearby commercial hubs. Dining is a pleasure with a variety of local restaurants and cafes offering diverse culinary experiences. The area is dotted with community parks, providing green spaces for outdoor activities, and is served by both public and Catholic school boards for families considering educational options.

Those who choose Sharon Village will find it particularly appealing for families and individuals seeking a touch of serenity without sacrificing access to amenities. The community's design emphasizes residential comfort, making it an attractive choice for those looking to settle in a growing part of Ontario that still retains a close-knit feel. The development's proximity to schools and local parks makes it ideal for family living, while the presence of local dining and shopping options adds convenience for everyday life. As East Gwillimbury continues to evolve, Sharon Village stands out as a beacon of modern community living in a town that perfectly balances growth with the preservation of its welcoming atmosphere.

Cladding Begins as ROQ City...
March 25, 2025
In Toronto’s Moss Park neighbourhood, the two towers of ROQ City are now visibly rising above the retained 19th-century warehouse facades that once housed a piano and organ factory. Located at 261 Queen Street East, the mixed-use development by Tricon Residential is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects with Graziani + Corazza Architects serving as Architect of Record, and heritage work overseen by ERA Architects.
