Trails of Lily Lake

The project is located at 663 Lily Lake Road, 689 Lily Lake Road, and 739 Lily Lake Road in Peterborough, on the city’s east side near Lily Lake. This part of Peterborough is known for its lower-density residential feel, access to green space, and straightforward driving connections across the city. East City amenities, everyday shopping, and local services are within practical reach, and the broader Peterborough market continues to attract buyers who want more space than is typically available in larger GTA communities.

Trails of Lily Lake should be of interest to buyers who already know Peterborough and specifically want this side of the city. The setting near Lily Lake gives the project a more residential, nature-oriented context, while still keeping you within the city rather than far outside it. With only 7 units available, this is a project where interested buyers will want to look closely at release timing and availability as details become available.
