Trails of Lily Lake

The Lily Lake area appeals to buyers who want a setting that feels removed from the busiest parts of town without being isolated. Peterborough is known for its mix of established neighbourhoods, access to the Trent-Severn Waterway, and a practical lifestyle built around schools, parks, recreation, and commuting by car. From this part of the city, it is typically easy to reach major retail areas and the amenities that serve both families and downsizers.

With 57 homes in the project, Trails of Lily Lake is on the smaller side compared with large master-planned developments, which may matter to buyers who prefer a more limited community footprint. If you are considering pre-construction in Peterborough and want the north end specifically, this is the kind of project to compare closely on lot layout, model mix, and what is included at the starting price.
