Project Overview

Tribute Communities is bringing Storybrook to 7708 Colborne Street in Centre Wellington, with 96 homes priced from $779,900 to $944,000. For buyers looking in this part of Wellington County, the draw is the balance of a small-town setting with practical day-to-day access to the essentials. Centre Wellington, which includes Fergus and Elora, is known for its historic downtown streetscapes, the Grand River, and a pace that is quieter than the larger commuter markets, while still offering local shops, restaurants, schools, and community services close at hand.

Storybrook will likely appeal to buyers who want pre-construction in an area where the lifestyle is grounded in the town itself rather than in high-rise density. Elora and Fergus are well known across Ontario for their stone architecture, river setting, trails, and active community calendar, and the surrounding area offers a mix of established neighbourhoods and newer residential growth. Pricing here places the project in the conversation for move-up buyers, downsizers looking for a newer home, and households leaving more expensive urban markets for more space. If you are comparing options in Centre Wellington, the key thing to watch with Storybrook is how Tribute Communities positions these 96 homes within a market that tends to attract buyers who plan to stay long term.
