Living at Pines means immersing yourself in the evolving tapestry of Brantford, a city that balances a storied past with a vibrant future. Just a short jaunt from 72 Johnson Road, the downtown Colborne Street shops and Brant Avenue cafes provide ample opportunity for leisurely strolls and culinary exploration. For those who love the outdoors, the nearby Grand River trails offer scenic routes for walking or cycling, while Brant's Crossing Park provides a picturesque spot for picnics and relaxation. Educational institutions like Wilfrid Laurier's Brantford campus and Conestoga College are also within easy reach, making this location ideal for students or academic professionals. The area's history is rich too, with landmarks such as the Bell Homestead adding depth to the local narrative.

Pines is particularly well-suited for young professionals, new families, and investors drawn to Brantford’s growing appeal. The townhouses provide a perfect blend of affordability and access to the city’s burgeoning amenities. Importantly, the development's proximity to Brantford Transit and GO Transit bus services ensures that commuting to larger urban hubs is straightforward, positioning Brantford as a practical yet serene alternative to the busier Greater Toronto Area. This development not only represents a promising investment but also an opportunity to become part of a city undergoing a dynamic transformation, where community and connectivity are at the forefront.

Cladding Begins as ROQ City...
March 25, 2025
In Toronto’s Moss Park neighbourhood, the two towers of ROQ City are now visibly rising above the retained 19th-century warehouse facades that once housed a piano and organ factory. Located at 261 Queen Street East, the mixed-use development by Tricon Residential is designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects with Graziani + Corazza Architects serving as Architect of Record, and heritage work overseen by ERA Architects.
