Project Overview

With just 22 townhomes planned, Hewitt's Haven is a small pre-construction community at 15 Flan Boulevard in Barrie. Pratt Homes is behind the project, with pricing from $675,990 to $680,990. For buyers who prefer a lower density setting over a large condo complex, the limited unit count is a real part of the appeal. This is the kind of project that will likely interest people looking for a more contained community format, while still staying within the city.

The location puts you in Barrie, a market that continues to draw buyers who want more space than many GTA options typically offer. Barrie is known for its access to Lake Simcoe, a well-used waterfront, and a mix of established neighbourhood amenities with newer residential growth. Day to day, that usually means practical access to shopping, schools, parks, and commuter routes, depending on your routine. For buyers who split time between local errands and travel farther south for work, Barrie remains a familiar choice because it balances city convenience with a less compressed pace than larger urban centres.

If you are comparing new townhome options in Barrie, Hewitt's Haven stands out for its scale. With only 22 units and pricing in the high $600,000 range, it suits buyers who want a pre-construction purchase in a smaller community by Pratt Homes.
