Whitevale

The Whitevale area is known for a more rural and estate-lot feel than south Pickering, while still keeping you connected to the rest of the city by road. For buyers who spend time driving to work, north Pickering offers practical access toward Highway 407 and connections into Durham Region, Markham, and Toronto, depending on your route. Day to day, you are still within reach of Pickering’s main shopping and service areas, while nearby conservation land and trail systems give this part of the city a noticeably less built-up setting.

For serious buyers, the main draw here is straightforward. Whitevale offers a limited number of new homes in a part of Pickering where land is more open and the pace is different from the waterfront and the busier southern neighbourhoods. If you have been looking for a new-build opportunity in Pickering but want something with a smaller release and a north-of-the-city-core setting, this is one to watch.
