South Barrie

This address places you in Barrie’s south end, an area many buyers consider when they want more space while still staying connected to the city’s daily amenities. The south end is known for convenient access toward Highway 400 for commuters, and for practical shopping and services along the Mapleview corridor. Barrie South GO Station is also in the south part of the city, which is relevant for buyers who split time between Barrie and the GTA. For recreation, Barrie’s waterfront and Kempenfelt Bay are one of the city’s biggest advantages, and the south end also gives you access to parks, schools, and newer community amenities without needing to be in the downtown core.

For buyers comparing options in Barrie, South Barrie stands out mainly for its scale and price point. If you are specifically looking for a low-unit new home project in the city’s south end, this is the kind of release worth reviewing early, since there are only 7 units in total.
