Project Overview
South Barrie is a small pre-construction release in Barrie by CountryWide Homes, planned for 7720 5th Sideroad. With just 6 homes and pricing from $1,159,990 to $1,329,990, this is clearly a limited offering aimed at buyers who want a newer house in the south end rather than a large subdivision setting. For anyone comparing options in Barrie, the low unit count is the key point here. It suggests a quieter project where inventory will be tight from the start.
About South Barrie
The south end of Barrie is one of the city’s more practical areas for buyers who need daily convenience and regional access. This part of the city is generally favoured by commuters because it connects more easily to Highway 400, and it is also where many newer residential pockets, big box shopping, and everyday services have been built out over time. Barrie South GO adds another option for trips toward the GTA. You are also still within reach of the city’s waterfront, which remains one of Barrie’s main lifestyle draws, along with parks, recreation facilities, and a full range of schools and shopping.
For buyers focused on South Barrie, the straightforward value proposition is location, newer construction, and scarcity. At 7720 5th Sideroad, this is a very small collection from CountryWide Homes, with prices positioned in the $1,159,990 to $1,329,990 range. Estimated completion has not been provided.
