Hive

This part of Hamilton appeals to buyers who want more space and a ground-oriented feel than the lower city typically offers. Shopping, big box retail, grocery options, recreation centres, and local schools are generally easier to reach by car in this area, and there are parks and conservation areas within a short drive, including the broader network of escarpment and mountain green space Hamilton is known for. Commuters often focus on how easily the upper city connects to employment areas across Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara.

Hive will likely be of interest to purchasers who want a newer home in a less dense part of Hamilton, whether that is a move-up buyer, a downsizer who still wants a low-maintenance property, or an investor targeting family-oriented demand. With only 84 units, it is also a smaller project by Hamilton standards, which may matter to buyers who prefer a more contained community setting.
