Canal Trails Estates

The site is at 180 Kingsway in Welland. This part of the city is known for being practical and residential, with day to day amenities spread across nearby commercial corridors rather than concentrated in a single downtown strip. Welland’s canal and trail system is one of the city’s defining features, and it adds real recreational value for walking, cycling, and getting outdoors. The city also offers straightforward access to Niagara College’s Welland campus, local schools, community centres, and shopping for everyday needs.

For buyers considering Welland more broadly, the appeal is usually about space and value relative to larger Niagara markets, while still being within reach of St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, and Highway 406 connections. Canal Trails Estates keeps the offering simple: a selling now community from Pine Glen Homes, with just 10 homes planned at 180 Kingsway. Estimated completion has not been provided, so timing details will be something buyers will want to confirm directly as they review availability and build schedules.
